Field Sales Manager – Motorcycles

Madrid / Barcelona area

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the leading powersports auction and remarketing platform in North America, with more than 35 years of industry experience, 1.3 million pre-owned powersports units sold, and a network of 12,000+ dealers. NPA is now expanding across Europe and building its Spanish operation.

To support this growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Field Sales Manager who will play a key role in developing our dealer network and inventory across Spain.

What will you do?

- - Acquire and develop relationships with motorcycle and powersports dealers

- Build NPA's inventory through purchasing and consignment agreements

- Promote a new and innovative remarketing solution to the Spanish market

- Help dealers improve stock rotation and remarketing performance

- Develop the market,



initially focusing on Madrid and Barcelona

- Act as a trusted commercial partner for dealers and industry stakeholders

What are we looking for?
- - Proven success in field sales, business development, or account acquisition

- Experience in motorcycles, automotive, mobility, powersports, vehicle remarketing, or dealer networks
- A business development mentality with strong relationship-building skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
