EU Finance and Integrations Manager (f/m)

Direct exposure to acquisitions from first look to full integration, a broad remit across multiple entities and currencies, and a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a European finance function scales.
As EU Finance and Integrations Manager, you'll be the finance lead on the businesses we bring into the Group. You'll support diligence on prospective acquisitions, lead integration through close and the first 12–18 months, and strengthen finance across our existing European business units. Alongside integration work, you will work closely with the Finance Director, being the bridge between our European finance teams, mainly in Germany and the UK, and our head office teams in Palma and Toronto.
You will provide finance reporting, forecasting, financial management support to our existing European business units - stepping in where local finance capacity needs reinforcement. You get startup energy with enterprise strength.
You might be coming from a Big 4 or mid-market firm (transaction services, audit or deal advisory) and be ready to move into a hands-on operating role. Or you might already be in industry and want to build out process at a company scaling quickly through acquisition.

What you'll do
- Review monthly reporting for European business units and support Group consolidation
- Help business units with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Close gaps against Group processes and controls, partnering with General Managers and local finance teams
- Lead the integration workplan for newly acquired businesses, including opening balance sheet, PPA support, and alignment of accounting policies, chart of accounts and reporting
- Support financial and operational due diligence on prospective acquisitions
- Onboard acquired finance teams into CSI processes and act as their trusted point of contact
What you'll bring
- A recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or European equivalent)
- A solid grounding in IFRS, with knowledge of German GAAP
- 5–8+ years in accounting or finance, ideally including Big 4 or mid-market experience and exposure to due diligence, transaction services or post-acquisition integration
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort picking up new ERP systems quickly
- The organisation to run several workstreams in parallel, and a knack for building trust with local teams
- Fluent English and conversational German; Spanish is an asset
