Karma Group is an international hospitality company operating distinctive resort properties across Europe and beyond. Our European portfolio spans Germany, Italy, the UK and Greece, and we're growing. We combine the character of individual resorts with group-wide standards, and we're looking for a finance professional to help keep our European operations running smoothly.

The role As Finance Coordinator Europe, you'll be the central point for financial administration and reporting across our European properties. You'll work closely with the COO Europe, resort general managers, external accountants and group finance.

You'll make sure numbers are accurate, deadlines are met, and each country's requirements are handled properly. The role suits someone who is highly organised, comfortable juggling several jurisdictions at once, and able to spot problems before they become expensive.

Key responsibilities Prepare the weekly cash flow forecast across European properties and entities, and flag liquidity risks and funding needs early. Produce a monthly cash flow analysis and summary for management, comparing actuals against forecast and explaining key movements. Coordinate the monthly P&L; reporting cycle across all properties, prepare reports for selected entities, and review submissions from resorts and external accountants for accuracy and consistency.

Coordinate the year-end closing process across jurisdictions: review accounts, resolve open items, and work with local accountants and auditors to get the books closed and audited on time. Run financial and operational analysis for regional management, such as performance comparisons across properties,



cost trends, margin analysis and ad hoc business questions. Consolidate management reports, budgets and forecasts, and flag variances with clear commentary.

Oversee VAT returns and statutory compliance across jurisdictions, working with local advisors to make sure obligations are met and errors are corrected promptly. Monitor accounts payable and receivable and intercompany balances across entities. Oversee intercompany invoicing and on-going reconciliation of amounts Support the COO Europe with financial modelling for new projects, acquisitions and property investments.

Help resort teams with budgeting, cost control and financial processes Help prepare and roll out consistent group and region-wide finance policies. Maintain organised financial records and documentation, and support audits and due diligence.

What we're looking for Essential: At least 5 years' experience in a finance, accounting or financial control role Degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field Solid grasp of accounting principles, month-end close and management reporting

Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables, lookups) Fluent English, written and spoken Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across several countries Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a proactive, hands-on approach

Desirable: Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts or real estate Experience with multi-entity or multi-country finance, especially Germany, Italy, the UK or Greece Knowledge of European VAT and statutory reporting requirements

Additional languages, especially German, Italian or Spanish Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Sage, Scopevisio, Xero or similar Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), completed or in progress
