At Capitole, we are looking for a

Junior SAP HCM Consultant

eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

Whatʼs the challenge?

You’ll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving

SAP HCM

solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.

This role combines

functional consulting ,

SAP configuration ,

basic ABAP knowledge , stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

Youʼll be working on:

Supporting

SAP HCM

incidents and business requests.

Configuring

Personnel Administration (PA) ,

Payroll (PY)

and

Time Management (PT) .

Participating in

functional testing , validations and production releases.

Creating functional and technical documentation.

Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

What weʼre looking for:





Experience or academic background in

SAP HCM

Knowledge of

Personnel Administration (PA)

Understanding of

Payroll (PY)

and

Time Management (PT)

Basic

ABAP

knowledge

Good communication with business users

Fluent English level

B2+

or above

Nice to have:

SAP CPI, S/4HANA or Organizational Management
