Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist German-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth case handling
Keep accurate records in internal systems and CRM tools
What We're Looking For
Native or C2 level German speaker
Spanish level B2 or higher
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work onsite in Madrid or Valencia
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Positive attitude and team spirit
