At Factorial, we're looking for a Strategic Partner Business Developer for the DACH market to help us elevate our partner ecosystem and drive growth by activating strategic partners, enabling their sales teams, and turning partner relationships into a consistent source of qualified pipeline and demos.
As a Strategic Partner Business Developer, your mission is taking ownership of partner activation, engagement and commercial performance within your assigned region.
Activate partner sales teams through initial enablement sessions, ongoing engagement and targeted commercial activities, moving teams to consistent partner-driven pipeline generation.
Design and deliver sales enablement training to equip sales teams with partner knowledge and strategies (i.Qualify partner-generated leads and opportunities, understand the prospect's business needs, and ensure a smooth handover to the Partner Account Executive. Engage prospects through (cold) calls, emails, social outreach, campaigns, networking and events.
High fluency/native-level German and fluent English.




Previous experience in Sales (Customer Success, Project Management, Partnerships, or similar roles) are highly valued.
Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects and partner stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Notion, Lovable etc.
Background in Partnerships or Sales within a SaaS or digital environment.
