German-Speaking Technical Support L2 – Remote in Spain

Cross Border Talents is hiring German-speaking Technical Support L2 professionals for an exciting opportunity in the E-bike industry .

Location: Spain – Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary: €22,500 gross/year

Performance Bonus: €2,400

Your responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Act as a Technical Product Expert within the E-bike industry

Requirements

- Fluent German
- Previous experience in Technical Support, preferably L2
- Strong technical expertise
- Ability to work remotely from Spain
