Overview As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to contract closing. You will prospect, run product demos, handle objections, and manage a revenue-driving pipeline end-to-end. You’ll serve independent hoteliers across Europe, helping them adopt a proven SaaS solution that improves operations and guest experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional collaborators, shaping how we grow our customer base.

Prospect and build a fresh top-of-funnel pipeline through calls, emails,



and chat Conduct discovery to qualify opportunities and map customer needs Deliver structured product demos that link features to business impact Navigate objections and close deals, creating urgency where warranted Maintain HubSpot CRM, forecast reliably, and ensure timely follow-ups Collaborate with Sales leadership and peers to share feedback and improve outreach

Requisitos principales

2-4 years in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle) Native Italian speaker with strong written and spoken English Ability to switch between prospecting and closing within short timeframes Ownership mindset for pipeline and results; not just activity metrics Structured pipeline management and accurate forecasting Resilience in a high-volume, target-driven environment Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is a plus Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus resilience communication problem-solving adaptability HubSpot CRM SaaS sales processes
