Translate functional requirements into PEGA technical specifications and deliverables Design and develop data models per specifications Document solutions in Group Santander tools and ensure traceability Certify delivery and integrate components with other systems Develop high-quality, reusable assets for multiple projects Plan and execute testing to guarantee solution quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment

Requisitos principales

Total IT experience ~6 years At least 4 years in Pega Systems (N2/N3) Strong technical capability as a Senior Process Developer English and Spanish fluency (written and spoken) Experience with BPM technologies and systems integration Willingness for international travel Collaborative mindset Proactive problem-solver Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders PEGA – N2 or N3 Database design / SQL Git / Github
