BettingJobs is working with a leading B2B iGaming technology provider to find a Head of Business Development for the European market . This is a senior commercial role with a fast-growing supplier whose platform, casino content and managed services power operators across multiple regulated markets — a business investing heavily in product, expansion and talent.

The role will involve building pipeline, opening doors with tier-one operators, and closing platform and content deals that move the numbers. It will suit a commercially sharp iGaming salesperson with a strong European network who wants ownership of a region rather than a seat in someone else's team.

Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver the European business strategy and revenue targets
- Identify, pitch and close operators, aggregators and strategic partners across regulated European markets




- Lead commercial negotiations from first contact through to signed agreement
- Represent the organisation at major industry events and build senior-level relationships
- Feed market and competitor insight back into product and commercial planning
- Work closely with marketing, legal, account management and delivery teams to onboard new partners

Requirements:
- MUST have Aggregator experience
- Proven B2B business development track record within iGaming, ideally platform, casino content or managed services
- xugodme Established network of operator contacts across European markets
- Strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape and how it shapes commercial strategy
- Demonstrable history of closing significant deals and hitting revenue targets
- Confident negotiator and presenter at senior and C-level
- Fluent English;

additional European languages advantageous

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
