Scopely is seeking a DEI Partner to join our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You'll enable operational excellence, coordinate DEI programs, and support ERG operations across the hub and integral teams. You'll partner with the DEI Lead and collaborate with People, ERGs, Facilities, IT and Procurement to translate strategy into high-quality delivery, maintain playbooks, and track engagement and compliance, including Spain-specific regulations.
