Translate business requirements into end-to-end IT designs across Application, Infrastructure, and ERP
Govern design quality and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements
Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver integrated solutions
Requisitos principales




~8+ years of IT solution design experience
~ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
~ Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
~ Familiarity with architecture and design frameworks
~ Knowledge of IT/OT integration and Industry 4.0 frameworks
~ Systems thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
~ Clear communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
~ Advantage: knowledge of application technology and ERP systems
~ AI literacy and ability to assess AI tools responsibly
