Responsabilidades

Design and review system elements, components, and sub-assemblies Contribute to the DfSR process (P-Diagram, Interface Diagram, Interface matrix/Architecture View, DFMEA, FTA) Define components/sub-assemblies mission profile Perform DFMEA mitigation actions, design optimization,



and tolerance stack-up; manage simulations Manage variants, versions, baselines of prototypes (data and physical) Create/modify/validate Definition File (BOM, drawings, material selection) per specs, manufacturability, and supply constraints (cost targets) Write and manage Verification Test Plan for parts/sub-assemblies Release Definition File for Production

Requisitos principales

Specialized electro-mechanical design and product development expertise Experience designing and improving products, components, and sub-assemblies Knowledge of DFMEA, FTA, tolerance stack-up, and interface analysis Experience managing technical definition files (BOMs, drawings, materials, variants, versions, baselines) Strong technical problem-solving skills and cross-disciplinary collaboration cross-functional collaboration strong problem-solving communication and teamwork electro-mechanical design and development DFMEA, FTA, tolerance analysis interface analysis
