Group is one of Europe's most ambitious hotel operators, working with integral brands like Marriott, IHG, and Accor. As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals.



Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals Be a mentor and support junior HR team members Oversee legal compliance in HR processes and policies Manage HR admin and system compliance tasksCoordinate learning and development initiatives Recruit the right people together with the department heads Knowledgeable about HR best practices and Spanish labor law Bachelor's degree in HR, business, hospitality, or a relevant field Proven experience as an HR Coordinator / Executive or similar role Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law Fluency in Spanish & English (essential) Move across our hotel brands and headquarters as your career evolves Flexible hybrid work environment!
