You will drive new business in the German market, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsabilidades

Identify and prospect new customers in the German market Segment, prioritize target accounts and opportunities Engage decision-makers in multinational/enterprise orgs Conduct discovery calls, presentations,



and software demonstrations Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Maintain a strong pipeline with focus on new-logo acquisition Handle RFPs/RFIs/RFQs when required Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, PM, RD and other teams Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and forecasting Work toward defined sales KPIs and revenue targets

Requisitos principales

Native/C1 German Full professional English Minimum B1 Spanish Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education 2–8 years of professional sales experience (ideally B2B) Strong hunter mentality and motivation for new business development Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented Previous SaaS or software sales experience valued Strong communication Presentation and negotiation Proactive and results-oriented CRM activity and pipeline management Full sales cycle execution RFP/RFI/RFQ handling
