As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will support our sales team by generating meetings and creating pipeline by identifying and engaging key prospects.

You'll generate pipeline through a mix of inbound lead follow-up, outbound to assigned target accounts, and self-sourced prospecting, crafting a clear point of view for why Tiger Data is a great fit. How we work (startup mindset) We operate like a high-ownership startup team. You'll be trusted to build, test, and iterate quickly, not wait for the perfect process.

Note: While TigerData is a remote-first company, we have are only considering candidates based in Barcelona, Spain for this role (will be hybrid, in-office approximately 1-2 days per week)



Convert inbound leads and qualify "in-market" opportunities Develop a clear account POV (why now, why Tiger Data, why it matters) and earn meetings Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and related tools You can confidently engage senior stakeholders and build trust quickly You have 1+ years of experience in sales/business development, or finance, consulting, or a related analytical field You aren't comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. You're not passionate about the company's mission and values. Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Apollo, Google Workspace Tiger Data offers a compensation package that includes base salary, variable, equity, and to all full-time employees.
