Overview As a Manufacturing Engineer at Grifols, you will lead and optimize projects that install and expand manufacturing equipment, facilities, and production areas. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure GMP-compliant, safe, and efficient operations. Your work supports scalable manufacturing of plasma-derived medicines and related services. This role offers exposure to strategic expansion projects and technology transfer within a general leader in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

Lead the implementation of new manufacturing equipment, facilities, and production areas Manage expansion and improvement of industrial utilities (air, HVAC, purified water, etc.) Coordinate engineering activities with external suppliers and internal departments Assist in design/review of layouts, material flows, and new production area configuration Oversee construction and installation, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, timelines, and budgets Prepare and review technical documentation for engineering projects Coordinate commissioning, testing, qualification,



and validation of new facilities and systems Serve as technical reference for industrial infrastructure projects Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment, facilities, and processes Monitor project milestones and budgets; participate in strategic expansions and transfers

Requisitos principales

Proven experience managing industrial projects in manufacturing settings (pharma, cosmetics, biotech or food preferred) Experience with industrial construction or facility expansion and cleanrooms/GMP environments Participation in technology transfer or commissioning of new facilities Knowledge of industrial installations and utilities (HVAC, compressed air, purified water, gases, monitoring systems) Experience coordinating external engineering firms, suppliers, and contractors Knowledge of GMP regulations and requirements Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications Advanced English analytical thinking strong communication proactive and autonomous industrial utilities (HVAC, compressed air, purified water) project management design and review of layouts and material flows
