Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist
to join an international team
on-site in Sofia .

What You Will Do
Support Dutch-speaking customers through the available support channels
Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent
Dutch
Good command of
English
Customer service, hospitality,
retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in an international environment
Willing to
relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union
