? Mission

As Internal Communications Consultant, you will shape and drive the client's global internal communications strategy and corporate narrative. You will design their internal channels, run quarterly Town Halls, and translate company culture into engaging content for teams worldwide. This role bridges strategy and creative execution, ensuring the client's internal culture aligns seamlessly with its external brand.

?️ What You'll Do

- Own and execute the global internal communications plan, content calendar, and channel ecosystem (Workvivo, Slack, email, newsletters).
- Run quarterly general Town Halls and company events end-to-end, from agenda curation and content gathering to cross-department alignment and logistics.
- Translate Employee Experience, Culture, and ESG initiatives into compelling video series, campaigns, and storytelling pieces in collaboration with Creative teams.
- Write and produce the bi-weekly internal newsletter and the monthly external newsletter, from sourcing information to delivering final copy.
- Safeguard the client's corporate narrative across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual quality across internal and external channels.
- Drive leadership and employee advocacy programs,



including thought-leadership initiatives and the CEO's LinkedIn presence.
- Maintain regular alignment with People, Culture, Marketing, and regional HRBPs to ensure communication is consistent and locally relevant.

? What We're Looking For

- Proven expertise in internal communications, corporate narrative development, and multi-channel content strategy within global organizations.
- Strong track record delivering end-to-end internal events, global Town Halls, and executive communications.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with a strong creative eye for social-first content and video formats.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, Design, Video, and leadership teams across multiple regions.
- Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse cultural environments.
