JOB SUMMARY: The Exhibition & Industry Coordinator ensures the smooth delivery of sponsor and exhibitor requirements at Kenes congresses. This role involves operation, coordinating logistics, managing client relationships, working with suppliers and overseeing on-site production, with a strong focus on customer service and innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and manage exhibitor and sponsor operations, both onsite and virtual.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and orders.

Oversee technical and operational aspects, working closely with suppliers and the internal project team.

Collaborate with clients on booth setup, design, and production logistics.

Work with suppliers on congress production, including booth construction, A/V, IT,



and shipping.

Supervise on-site activities and ensure successful execution of client requirements.

Provide high-quality customer service and proactively address client needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in events ourism industry.

Experience in exhibitions management, client liaison, and international environments is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel frequently (4-6 times per year), including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in English.

Academic degree and experience with event technology.
