Fire Assay SL is a Barcelona-based B2B company supplying consumables and equipment to laboratories and mining companies worldwide.
We are looking for a motivated student or recent graduate to support our day-to-day international administrative and commercial operations.
This is not a passive internship. You will work directly with the owner of the company and gradually take responsibility for real operational tasks involving customers, suppliers, logistics and international trade.
Main responsibilities
- Follow up customer purchase orders and order confirmations
- Prepare and send invoices and commercial documentation
- Follow up outstanding invoices and payments
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Update customer and order information
- Assist with international shipping and export documentation
- Work with customer procurement platforms and administrative systems
- Support general administrative and commercial tasks
- Help improve and automate internal processes
Profile we are looking for We are particularly interested in students of:
- International Trade / Comerç Internacional
- Administration and Finance
- Transport and Logistics
- Similar studies
You should have:
- Good command of English, ideally B2–C1 or higher
- Spanish or Catalan
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working independently once trained
French or other languages would be a plus.

About the company Fire Assay SL is a specialized supplier to analytical laboratories and the mining industry. We work internationally with customers, laboratories and industrial groups in multiple countries.
We are a small company, which means you will not be one intern among dozens. You will work closely with the person running the business and your contribution will have a visible impact.
Location: Barcelona
Schedule: 15–20 hours/week
Compensation: approximately €600–750/month depending on hours and internship arrangement
