? We’re hiring: IT Manager
We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team and help drive the digital capabilities of a growing energy group operating nationwide across Spain.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical expertise, business orientation and experience leading technology teams and software projects.

? AI is already deeply embedded in the way our IT team works, including AI-assisted software development. You’ll also play a key role in driving the responsible adoption of AI across the organization and ensuring that it delivers real business value.
? What will you do?
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 6 people
- Work closely with business teams to understand their real needs and priorities
- Lead IT projects from requirements through to delivery
- Stay hands-on and contribute to software development and technical design when needed
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and value
- Ensure solutions are simple, intuitive, secure and reliable
- Challenge unnecessary requirements and avoid over-engineering
- Drive the effective and responsible adoption of AI
?️ What are we looking for?
- 15+ years of IT experience
- Strong technical background across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Web & Backend Development, Databases, Infrastructure and AI
- Extensive experience leading technology teams and software projects
- Strong business and product mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
- A pragmatic, decisive and results-oriented approach
- Fluent English
