Propose,



create and enhance the project’s test strategy with a focus on test automation Challenge and improve existing QA practices while promoting best practices Cultivate a quality-first culture and guide the team toward value-add testing Collaborate with client and internal teams to understand requirements and impacts Design, maintain and execute test cases; analyze results and provide insights Support and mentor the QA team in activities and skills development Build domain understanding across business, technical, and operational areas Collaborate with DEV to enhance automated tests and maximize coverage Partner with DEV and DevOps to improve test automation tools and solutions

Requisitos principales

Significant experience in a QA lead role Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Strong communication Collaborative mindset Problem solving TDD/BDD Test Automation Agile SDLC understanding
