As a Principal Product Designer, you will set design strategy across multiple product areas at Dow Jones and partner with SLT, ELT, and the C-suite to shape company direction. You will influence executive leadership, resolve strategic conflicts, and establish design practices and standards that scale across platforms. ~ Strong business acumen linking design decisions to multi-year outcomes
~ Experience building design capabilities at scale including governance and talent development
~ Deep expertise across design disciplines and ability to coach others to high standards
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
