In this role you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice. You will partner with HR business partners and leadership to shape recruitment strategy, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights. You will drive innovative sourcing, EVP development, and DEI-aligned branding to attract top talent for senior roles. Plan recruitment for senior hires to attract top-tier talent
Optimize hiring processes and recruitment frameworks for efficiency
Implement data-driven recruitment practices using market insights and internal metrics
Identify trends in talent acquisition, technology, and digital hiring
Utilize direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks) for hard-to-reach candidates
Manage full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior roles from sourcing to offer
Guide hiring managers on role profiling, talent mapping, and recruitment strategies




Evaluate external recruitment vendors for ROI and service quality
Design and execute Employer Branding strategies to boost reputation
Collaborate with marketing and internal comms on career content and DEI
Create content for career pages and campaigns
Establish university partnerships and industry collaborations to raise brand awareness
Streamline and automate recruitment processes and optimize ATS usage
Partner with HRBPs and leadership to address recruitment challenges
Support onboarding improvements with Learning & Development teams
Promote DEI initiatives in hiring and branding
7+ years in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency) in fast-paced environments
