Overview
In this role, you will support Adobe sales teams within the EMEA Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications, becoming a subject matter expert and driving vendor solution definitions. You’ll collaborate with sales to tailor configurations and bill of materials, while delivering POCs, demos, and technical webinars. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accreditation, and ongoing learning in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Responsabilidades
Collaborate with sales to design and configure vendor solutions, including a tailored Bill of Materials




Deliver high-quality service and meet defined SLAs
Explain product and tech information to internal and external audiences
Handle product/solution inquiries from sales, vendors, and resellers
Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors
Achieve vendor-related accreditations and deepen technical knowledge
Support the Business Solution Centre to boost sales activity and partner utilization
Provide presales technical support through POCs, demonstrations, and webinars for key stakeholders
Requisitos principales
~2 years minimum experience in a similar Adobe-focused role
~ Fluent in French and English
~ Strong knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio
~ Effective oral and written communication skills
~ Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills
~ IT industry knowledge related to channels, vendors, competition and end users (desirable)
