Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will lead Salesforce initiatives from a business perspective, aligning technology with sales goals and driving data-driven insights. You’ll bridge stakeholders and tech teams to optimize sales processes and dashboards at Applus+ IDIADA. The role combines leadership, system implementation, and BI to deliver measurable improvements. This is a chance to shape how the organization leverages Salesforce and related data across the enterprise.
Responsabilidades
Lead and mentor a small Salesforce team and coordinate project activities
Drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Translate user needs and business objectives into Salesforce solutions with best-practice processes
Oversee data integration from Salesforce, SAP, and other tools to deliver insights
Define and monitor KPIs for sales operations and oversee dashboards and BI tooling
Manage data governance, quality, and data cleansing across systems




Develop training materials and lead stakeholder-facing enablement sessions
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
Requisitos principales
~5-7 years in business analysis with CRM focus and Salesforce implementation leadership
~ Deep knowledge of Salesforce, SAP integration, and enterprise BI tools
~ Experience with data mining, visualization, APIs, and system integrations
~ Proven track record leading teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
~ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
~ Excellent communication and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
