Your day-to-day, anything but ordinary

- You develop, test, and optimize AI-powered applications and services.
- You support the implementation of machine learning and generative AI use cases in customer and internal projects.
- You collaborate with experienced AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, and Consultants to deliver practical solutions.
- You prepare, clean, and structure data for AI and machine learning models.
- You contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions in cloud environments.
- You document technical concepts, implementations, and best practices.

- You help identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
- You support the development of prototypes, proof of concepts, and production-ready AI applications.
- You contribute to the evaluation of new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- You translate technical findings into understandable recommendations for stakeholders.
- You improve the quality, scalability, and performance of AI solutions through testing and optimization.
- You actively contribute ideas to advance AI capabilities and innovation across the organization.

- You work in a cross-functional team with AI Engineers, Developers, Consultants, and cloud specialists.
- You collaborate closely with project teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.




- You work in a modern hybrid environment with flexible collaboration across locations.

Tools & Working Methods
- You work with Python, Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and modern development environments.
- You gain hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- You follow agile methodologies and collaborate using structured development and review processes.

Your learning journey at COSMO CONSULT Week 1 to 4: Getting started and understanding
- You familiarize yourself with our AI landscape, project portfolio, and development standards.
- You learn about our cloud environment, tools, and delivery processes.
- You contribute to your first AI-related tasks with support from experienced colleagues.

After 3 months: Taking ownership and delivering
- You independently implement smaller AI features and enhancements.
- You confidently work with development tools, repositories, and deployment pipelines.
- You actively contribute to customer or internal AI projects.

After 6 months: Improving and shaping the future
- You take ownership of defined work packages within AI projects.
- You contribute ideas to improve existing solutions, processes, and architectures.
- You collaborate confidently with stakeholders and support the delivery of end-to-end AI solutions.





What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field
- First practical experience through internships, university projects, personal projects, or professional experience in software development, AI, or data-related topics
- Basic understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and AI development concepts
- Initial experience with Python and common software development practices
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, data processing, or AI frameworks is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Structured and self-motivated way of working with a strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
