Overview
As Ancillary Partnerships Manager at eDO, you will shape the ancillary product strategy within the Ancillaries team in Barcelona. You’ll test new concepts, optimize the customer journey, and manage the performance of our product portfolio. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure value, adoption, and compliance, contributing to a scalable, customer-centric travel experience. This role offers hybrid work and the chance to impact multiple brands under the Prime umbrella.

Responsabilidades
Identify, evaluate and prioritize new ancillary concepts and features
Partner with internal teams to test and launch products along the customer journey, from value proposition to end-user experience and financial recognition
Manage performance of the related product portfolio




Collaborate with internal and external teams to monitor customer satisfaction and adoption, and identify improvement opportunities
Oversee partner management, contract compliance and periodic partner performance reviews
Lead day-to-day product activities
Requisitos principales
~6+ years in successful partnerships, preferably in travel
~ Advanced knowledge of travel industry trends and players
~ Experience in consulting and/or technology firms
~ Experience managing partners
~ Critical thinking and strong problem solving
~ Excellent analytical skills and experience in building models and business cases
~ High customer orientation
~ Native or fluent English
