Overview
As the WW Instant On RTM Sales Program Manager, you will drive a global sales program aligned to HPE's GTM strategy to grow SMB revenue and market share. You’ll work with regional RTM teams, product, and marketing to maximize program performance and forecast execution. You will analyze market and partner activities, support sales training, and ensure program readiness across regions. This role offers cross-functional impact in a dynamic, international environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades
Execute a integral sales program aligned to GTM strategy to grow SMB revenue and market share
Drive interlock governance and cadence with Regions and Global stakeholders
Own the sales program forecast and coordinate regional RTM execution
Review partner selection, co-selling, activation, and joint business planning




Perform analyses to drive RTM activities and synthesize research
Track and report program metrics against goals and benchmarks
Assist with development and review of sales training materials
Audit portal and partner site content quality and ensure readiness with regions/marketing
Contribute to Readiness annual process including coverage, productivity KPIs, and sales priorities
Ensure program quota distribution adheres to guidelines
Requisitos principales
IT industry knowledge and SMB/Transactional sales experience
Proven SMB end-user sales and/or partner management experience at regional/WW level
Strong financial acumen and business management skills
Structured, pragmatic, results-driven approach
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and data manipulation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and influence virtual teams and interface with multi
