Overview
In this role you will drive product launches, marketing animations and brand campaigns within the Carolina Herrera marketing ecosystem. You will translate strategies into creative, on-brand executions across touchpoints and coordinate internal teams with external partners. You’ll manage concepts from research and moodboards to packaging and activation ideas, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency. The position offers growth in a general, fast-paced beauty and fashion environment that values creativity and collaboration. You will influence how stories connect with consumers and strengthen the brand’s market presence.

Responsabilidades
Manage product development and marketing projects from concept to launch
Develop creative and strategic recommendations for launches, animations and campaigns
Prepare clear briefs for creative agencies and external partners
Coordinate development of creative assets (packaging, artwork, renders, mock-ups,



campaign materials)
Oversee creative projects and provide feedback to align with brand strategy and timelines
Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, PR & Communications, Media, E-commerce and Operations
Monitor timelines and priorities, identify risks, and propose solutions
Support campaign production and coordination of samples for shoots, events and presentations
Prepare high-quality presentations for internal and business meetings
Requisitos principales
~3–5 years in product management, brand marketing, product development or related roles
~ Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury is advantageous
~ Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Art or related field
~ Strong project management and organisational skills
~ Creative mindset with ability to develop concepts from insights
~ Experience with creative agencies or external partners and briefs
