Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer to design, implement, and automate a scalable identity ecosystem that grows with our hypergrowth. You will own the Identity & Access Management architecture and collaborate closely with the Systems, Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model (80% on-site, 20% remote) and a strong focus on AI-enabled automation and secure cloud solutions.
