UST is seeking an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to join a strategic banking project in Madrid, working on .NET, SQL, and distributed architectures. You will act as the escalation point for critical incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate resolution across teams, including on-call rotations. Required 3+ years in high-availability environments, strong backend skills in .NET/C#, and experience with REST APIs, Microservices, MQ, Kafka, and MSSQL.
