In this role you will lead advanced planning and scheduling activities for complex projects, focusing on risk analysis and schedule optimization. You will implement planning strategies, develop WBS/CBS with project leads, and produce progress and risk reports. You will perform schedule risk analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to keep programs on track. Develop and implement project planning/scheduling strategies and procedures
Coordinate WBS and CBS with project leads and contractor controls teams
Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress reports and customized dashboards
Perform probabilistic and critical path analyses on integrated and contractor schedules
Prepare Integrated Planning / Scheduling contributions to Monthly Project Reports and other presentations
Expert experience in project controls and time/schedule management
Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to foster good working relationships with the project team
