In this senior leadership role, you will own and execute Factorial’s marketing strategy for Portugal, aligning it with revenue objectives and brand building. You’ll lead a cross-functional local team across demand generation, content, brand, and events, driving pipeline, demos, and long-term growth. You’ll translate market insights into prioritised investments and campaigns, while strengthening Factorial’s local presence and community.

Own and translate the Portuguese marketing strategy into revenue-focused plans
Lead multi-channel campaigns including demand generation, content, brand, and events
Partner with Sales to generate high-quality demand and move opportunities through pipeline to revenue
Plan and execute major marketing programs with measurable business impact
Develop long-term growth opportunities for Portugal and prioritise investments

Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and partners with clear accountability
Bring deep understanding of the Portuguese market to Factorial’s broader strategy
Requisitos principales
~8+ years of marketing experience with leadership for a market, business unit, or high-growth company
~ Strong track record in B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth, preferably in SaaS or technology
~ Experience managing significant marketing investments and data-driven decision-maki
