- • Supported personalized merchandising initiatives at store level.

- • Collaborated with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Product and Retail Operations. • Ensured successful adoption and scalability of the platform.

- • Led the onboarding of a Customer Data Platform (CDP).

- • Designed and implemented data ingestion and integration flows.

- • Ensured a unified and consistent view of customer information across multiple sources. • Managed activities across the full product development lifecycle.

- • Covered Customer, Loyalty and In-Store Micromerchandising domains.
