As a Senior HR Operations Specialist (P&ED; Senior Specialist), inside of a cooperative team, you will provide support to business, employees and P&C; Team ensuring efficient, precise, timely and cost-effective services, providing support in implementing employment-related processes to ensure alignment with PMI Guidelines and Local Legislation. Payroll
Provide advisory support and resolution for complex payroll-related issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Manage local payroll change requests (CRs) and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
Close collaboration with key stakeholders involved in issuing/executing the Spanish payroll to ensure timely and accurate cycles based on the payroll calendar defined.




Vendor management: establish and manage relationships with service providers, ensuring service level agreement is met, and scalations and handled promptly.
Administration of benefits and vendor management (pension plan, health insurance, flexible retribution platform, meal allowances...)
Personnel administration
Provide support to employees and People Managers on employment-related processes, including voluntary terminations, dismissals, employment contracts, working time reductions, and leaves of absence.
Manage hiring administration processes (Social Security communication with the provider, contracts templates, etc.).
Labor advisory to P&C; Business Partner or Business Managers.
Other HR processes
Participation in relevant and impactful HR projects (local and global)
Develop and deliver reports and analytics related to payroll information or key HR metrics (turnover, employee costs, absenteeism, remune
