Robinson is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Bilbao.

As Account

Manager, you will manage a portfolio of small to mid‐sized customers, building strong and trusted relationships while acting as a strategic partner to support their supply chain needs. Because local presence is highly valued by our customers, we are looking for someone based in or near Bilbao who enjoys regular face‐to‐face customer interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service.

If you are a proactive, customer‐focused professional with experience in freight forwarding, logistics, account management, or customer‐facing commercial roles. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular on‐site visits and face‐to‐face engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze customer performance, operational trends, and account data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision‐making. Travel approximately 30% of the time to customer locations to build relationships, support business objectives, and maintain a strong local presence.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales, or a customer‐facing role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.





Knowledge of Basque (Euskera).Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Experience analyzing customer and business performance data. Self‐driven and proactive approach, with a strong customer‐service mindset. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job‐related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
