Role Description: We’re looking for a Marbella-based Marketing & Operations Intern to join our team. Soemone creative, proactive and organised who wants to gain practical experience inside a growing marketing agency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, social media, content, people and behind-the-scenes agency operations.

What you will be doing

- Assist with in-person meetings with clients, brands and potential collaborators
- Support content shoots, events and creative projects around Marbella
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments and local projects
- Assist with social media and content planning
- Research brands, businesses, trends and potential collaborations
- Support day-to-day agency operations
- Help with creative ideas, content research and campaign preparation
- Take notes and provide updates following meetings and activities
- Help ensure local projects run smoothly
- Represent Aurelia Studios professionally when assisting with in-person activities





Qualifications

- Based in Marbella or surrounding areas
- Genuine interest in marketing, social media, branding content or the creative industry.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Creative and willing to bring your own ideas
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, content or events is a plus.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, dependable and excited to learn.
