BARNES is an international luxury real estate network. In Madrid we work only in the city's prime residential neighbourhoods, with buyers from Spain and abroad. We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer to run our Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO day to day.
This is an execution role. You won't be writing strategy decks. You'll be in the ad accounts every day: building campaigns, testing copy, cutting wasted spend and making sure every euro brings us real enquiries from qualified buyers and sellers.
What you'll do
- Build, run and optimise Google Ads search campaigns: keyword research, negative keywords, bidding, ad copy and extensions.
- Plan and run Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook) for property launches, seller acquisition and brand awareness, including audiences, creatives and A/B tests.
- Improve the SEO of barnes-madrid.com: on-page optimisation, property and neighbourhood pages, technical fixes with our web provider, and tracking rankings.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4, so we know which campaigns produce leads, not just clicks.
- Track leads through to HubSpot and report every week on spend, leads and cost per qualified lead by channel.
- Work with the marketing manager and our brokers on which properties, neighbourhoods and audiences to push.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, in-house or at an agency.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Fluent Spanish and English. French or Italian is a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and reporting with numbers.
- Google Ads certification, or willingness to get it in your first month.
- Nice to have: HubSpot experience, and an interest in real estate or luxury brands.
