EcoVadis is seeking an autonomous, customer-facing professional to support the subscribers of the EcoVadis network, both individually and at scale, to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, revenue and value perception. Duties include managing the French market, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with frontline teams to improve customer experience and value perception. The role requires fluent French and English and experience in sales/upsell.
