As Senior Legal Counsel Corporate & Finance, provide senior, pragmatic and business‐focused legal counsel on complex corporate, governance, finance and strategic matters, enabling the organization to execute its strategy, protect value and manage legal and regulatory risk in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies and ethical standards.
Act as a trusted legal adviser to Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Trade Sanctions Compliance, Corporate Communication, ESG and other relevant stakeholders, translating complex legal requirements into clear, practical and risk‐based recommendations.
Support compliance with applicable disclosure and financial‐market requirements, including internal and external reporting, in close collaboration with relevant subject‐matter experts and control functions.
Identify,



assess and communicate material legal risks early; Manage external counsel and other legal service providers, including scoping, selection, quality oversight, budget control and effective transfer of knowledge to internal teams.
Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, guidance and training for recurring corporate and finance matters, and drive simplification, standardization and appropriate use of legal technology.
Contribute to cross‐functional and Legal & Compliance priorities, share expertise across jurisdictions, and coach colleagues or project team members where required.
Law degree or equivalent professional legal qualification from a recognised institution.
Admission to practice law and good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
Postgraduate qualification or additional training in corporate law, finance, securities, business administration or a related discipline is desirable.
