In this role you design and drive the end-to-end architecture for Zurich’s agentic reporting platform, ZAAi, focusing on actuarial and financial reporting. You connect data, LLM orchestration, and deterministic compute to deliver scalable, auditable solutions that meet governance standards. You’ll bridge actuarial domain experts with delivery teams and lead expansion from non-life to life and group finance reporting. Define full-stack solution architecture (data connectors, MCP, LLM orchestration, deterministic compute)
Align with Zurich IT governance and architecture standards
Collaborate with vendors and internal data/dashboard teams
10–15 years in solution architecture with data-intensive or reporting systems in financial services
~ Ability to translate actuarial/finance data models into designs
~ AI evaluation, observability, and cost-control expertise
~ Cloud data platform experience (Azure / Databricks)
~ Experience delivering within regulated IT governance frameworks
~ Ability to work at multiple levels from data to stakeholder presenting options
