Sell with warm leads, not cold calls, from an office near the beach in Fuengirola. Already living in Spain or ready to make the move? Both are welcome.
Join a growing international home cleaning company and help Norwegian customers get more time back in their week. Your job is to turn people who've already shown interest into happy, long-term customers. Then you grow your own portfolio through follow-ups, upselling and win-backs.
This is not a cold-calling role. You'll mainly work with warm leads and existing customers. The pace is high, though, and you'll talk to a lot of customers every day.
What you'll do
- Contact warm leads and turn them into new customers
- Follow up with both prospective and existing customers
- Build and grow your own customer portfolio
- Drive extra sales through upselling and win-back campaigns
- Handle around 70 customer calls a day in a KPI-driven team
What you bring
- Fluent Norwegian and good English
- Strong communication skills and a clear customer focus
- A commercial mindset and motivation to hit your targets
- A positive, structured and independent way of working
- Energy for a fast pace and lots of customer contact
- You live in Spain or are ready to move here, and you can work in Spain without a visa (Norwegian or EU/EEA citizens can)
Sales experience is a plus, but your drive and communication skills matter most.
What you get
- EUR 1,560 gross base salary per month
- EUR 2,800 per month on average including commission, once you're fully up to speed
- Commission that grows with your own portfolio, through upselling and win-backs
- An international, social team
- Room to develop your sales career
- An office close to the beach in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol
