Overview
In this role you will lead and coach a Dutch-speaking sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed quotas. You will optimize cold-calling strategies, develop client relationships, and identify the right ADP products to meet business needs. You will also expand cross-selling within existing accounts and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsabilidades
Lead and coach the sales team to improve cold-calling strategies and relationship-building with prospects




Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly/yearly quotas
Cross-sell ADP products within existing accounts by promoting new solutions
Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships
Manage time and activities effectively to support sales goals
Requisitos principales
~1–3 years of experience managing a sales team
~ Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
~ Strong organizational and time-management skills
~ Excellent MS Office skills
~ Fluent in Dutch and English
~ Experience with modern selling, AI-driven tools, and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue
