As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be at the center of that shift — bringing nCino's solutions to financial institutions across your territory and helping them reimagine how they operate.
This is a role for someone who thrives on complex, consultative sales cycles and enjoys building genuine relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll own your territory end-to-end: identifying opportunities, building nCino's brand presence, and guiding prospects from first conversation through to signed contract.
You'll also play a part in our customers' ongoing success, working closely with our Customer Success team to deepen existing relationships and introduce new products as our platform evolves. Manage a healthy, well-qualified pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Take a consultative approach,



using your knowledge of nCino and Salesforce to solve real client problems
Navigate complex sales cycles — mapping decision-making processes, negotiating contracts, and closing business
Partner closely with inside sales and marketing to deliver a consistent market message
Grow nCino's footprint within existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and partnering with Customer Success
A strong track record of success selling enterprise software into banks, credit unions, or financial services institutions
Experience of complex sales cycles of 6–12+ months, deal sizes typically €50K–€250K ACV
Native or fluent Spanish, professional English required
