Overview
In this role, you will support cross-portfolio activation initiatives aligned with Vodafone Business priorities, translating strategic aims into practical deliverables. You’ll coordinate workstreams, maintain delivery plans, and produce activation materials to drive market readiness. You will collaborate with Group teams, operating companies, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product and Partnership units to ensure successful go-to-market execution. The opportunity focuses on shaping activation plays, improving tools and templates, and delivering measurable progress across markets. Responsabilidades
Support cross-portfolio activation programmes aligned with Vodafone Business priorities
Coordinate workstreams with clear owners, deadlines and dependencies
Maintain programme documentation including delivery plans and status trackers
Prepare activation playbooks, market-readiness packs, and sales-enablement materials
Gather feedback,



monitor readiness and escalate delivery issues
Document governance decisions and action items and track milestones
Produce dashboards and reports for governance and leadership
Track market adoption and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
Requisitos principales
Experience in product activation, go-to-market execution, or related roles in B2B
Understanding of commercial, sales, marketing or product-delivery processes
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear actions and deadlines
Comfort working across functions, markets and stakeholders in a matrix org
Strong communication skills and ability to present structured updates
Attention to detail and comfort with data, trackers and dashboards
Ownership mindset with proactive issue escalation
Interest in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, cloud, security or partner-led go-to-market
Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, techno
