We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join our Madrid office , strengthen our presence in Spain and drive new business opportunities within the industrial construction market. The idóneo candidate will combine strong market knowledge, an established network within the Spanish industrial sector and a proven track record in developing and securing large-scale construction projects.




Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Management or a similar client-facing role within construction, general contracting, or industrial engineering.
Proven track record in developing and securing large-scale industrial construction projects.
Previous experience in selling construction, General Contracting, Design & Build or comparable project-based services, rather than product-based sales.
Strong existing network within the Spanish industrial market, particularly among investors, project owners, engineering companies, consultants and other key stakeholders.
Experience working with large multinational and industrial clients and managing complex, high-value opportunities.
Good understanding of construction project lifecycles, tender processes, commercial negotiations and contract award processes.
Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish and fluent English are
