THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKEAs part of the Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe – Investment Banking Advisory (M&A; & ECM), you will participate in the execution of strategic transactions and advisory projects across Europe.
Supporting M&A; transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, valuations, transaction structuring and negotiations for corporates, financial institutions and sponsors.
Contributing to sector and company analysis across Santander's Global Industry Groups: Energy & Energy Transition, TMT, Infrastructure & Industrials, and Consumer, Healthcare & Real Estate.
Preparing financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, market updates, transaction materials and internal committee documentation.
Collaborating with senior bankers, product specialists, legal advisers and other stakeholders throughout transaction execution.
