We're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to own and accelerate our growth in the Polish market, acquiring new mid-sized and large clients and helping some of the region's leading brands transform how they approach digital advertising. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building: creating pipeline, opening doors, developing senior client relationships, and turning new opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You will take ownership of new business growth across the Polish market, working with senior marketing and digital leaders and positioning Criteo as a strategic partner for measurable growth.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the Czech market, creating your own pipeline and prioritizing the accounts with the greatest potential.
Own the full sales cycle: Build senior relationships: Engage with CMOs, Heads of Digital, E-commerce leaders, Media Directors,



and other decision-makers to understand their business challenges and influence their digital strategy.
Go beyond product pitching by uncovering client needs, connecting them to measurable business outcomes, and developing solutions that create long-term value.
Use data, market trends, client performance, and industry developments to create compelling commercial conversations.
Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Technical Solutions, Account Management, and other teams to deliver a strong client experience from first conversation through launch and growth.
Help clients navigate changes in AI, commerce media, privacy, measurement, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Approximately 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role, ideally within technology, SaaS, e-commerce, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or another fast-moving industry. We
